Vincent D'Angelo Partner




Vincent D'Angelo has extensive experience handling and trying cases in the medical malpractice area. He has also defended non-medical professionals, including accountants, attorneys, and insurance agents and brokers. In addition, he has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases. Vincent serves as an arbitrator in the Los Angeles County Superior and Municipal Courts and is a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Municipal Court.

Vincent maintains a service-related approach in his practice as well as in his management responsibilities. His substantial courtroom experience informs his decisions, providing a solid, cost-conscious defense for his clients and examples of classic litigation techniques and strategies for his colleagues.

Medical Malpractice
Vincent has defended professional health care providers as well as managed care organizations, nursing homes and assisted living centers. His clients have included off-site radiologists, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, emergency room physicians, perfusionists, general surgeons, plastic surgeons, pediatricians, nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, psychologists, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and hospitals. Vincent is a former board member of the Conejo Valley Chapter of the American Heart Association, and is presently involved with the ALS Association – Golden West Chapter.

Product Liability
Vincent has handled and tried numerous products liability cases involving motorcycles, motorcycle helmets, punch presses, press brakes, tractors and other agricultural products, firearms (.50 caliber rifles, .457 Casull pistols, revolvers and semi-automatic weapons), breast implants and other medical devices.

Personal Injury
Vincent has experience with personal injury claims in the areas of product liability, general liability, premises liability, premises security litigation, trucking litigation, agricultural product litigation, motorcycle litigation, firearms and explosives litigation, medical device litigation and medical implant litigation.

Representative Matters

Serves as the local regional counsel for a national nursing home chain, handling all its California litigation.

Serves as lead counsel for a community hospital in northeast Los Angeles County.

Represented a number of major handgun and long-gun manufacturers.
