Benton (Parker) Jones is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on insurance law with an emphasis on high-stakes insurance coverage litigation and complex coverage analysis. He is a member of an experienced team of attorneys specializing in the defense of coverage disputes, risk analysis and mitigation, bad faith litigation, SIU assistance, appellate matters, and related insurance issues.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Parker worked at an established litigation firm, where he was a member of the firm’s coverage group. Previously, he practiced at an environmental litigation firm, where he represented numerous community organizations and nonprofits to ensure environmental protections under local, state, and federal laws.
