Blair Painter devotes her practice to defending serious personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from the loading and operation of cars, vans, trucks, and tractor-trailers on behalf of a major national e-commerce business. She takes a proactive, client-focused approach to managing high-exposure litigation.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Blair practiced at an insurance defense firm, where she handled motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and first-party property claims. Prior to that, she practiced at a smaller defense firm, focusing on commercial litigation and premises liability.
Blair also has experience handling disputes involving construction defects, breach of contract claims, and the enforcement of materialman’s liens. This diverse background enables her to develop practical, effective litigation strategies for complex claims.
