Bonnie Calhoun focuses her practice on defending professionals in malpractice claims, including matters involving professional liability, as well as premises liability cases. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation and adeptly handles matters in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Bonnie worked at a Portland defense firm litigating matters for medical, health care and other professionals. She gained valuable experience in civil and criminal proceedings as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stephen K. Bushong and the Honorable Katharine von Ter Stegge in Multnomah County Circuit Court, Fourth Judicial District. Previously, Bonnie practiced family law and handled state-wide cases and appeals for a boutique firm in Alaska.
