Bracha Gefen represents individuals and established businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to personal injury, construction litigation, premises liability and automobile liability. Bracha is also well-versed in managing claims involving contract litigation and business disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Bracha worked at a New York – based firm where she gained valuable experience handling class action antitrust matters on the plaintiffs’ side. This experience gives her the inside track when advocating for the defense. Previously, Bracha practiced at an established firm representing consumers, large institutional and private investors, major corporations and prominent health insurers in complex litigation.
