Brandon White represents businesses and individuals in the defense of claims related to labor and employment matters. Brandon handles cases that arise under both federal and state employment law, and he represents private- and public-sector employers.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Brandon worked in plaintiff-side employment law in cases involving harassment, wage-and-hour disputes, and wrongful termination of employment. Brandon also has worked in appellate, bankruptcy, legislative, environmental and international law. In particular, Brandon previously represented the United Nations Office of the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression and has worked for the California State Legislature Office of Legislative Counsel.
