Brent has more than 25 years of experience successfully handling trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts nationwide.

After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Brent began his legal career in Seattle, Washington. There, apart from a brief stint in the financial industry with Merrill Lynch, he successfully litigated maritime, personal injury, commercial, insurance, construction, corporate governance, professional liability, and securities-related cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Upon his return to Texas, Brent initially worked in commercial and intellectual property litigation before focusing his litigation practice on work for large transportation and logistics industry clients.

Brent holds a certificate in film and video production from the University of Washington Extension program. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, participating in the local film and theater community, reading, and exercising.
