Brian Del Gatto (Partner-Phoenix, AZ | Stamford, CT | Hartford, CT | New York, NY | Seattle, WA) joined a panel for the August 15˗17 International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2021 Annual Conference. In “What Do a Truck and a Refrigerator Have in Common? From Product Liability to Trucking Casualty Defenses – Telematics Tell-All,” Brian and the panel discussed the importance of telematics as a source of useful or harmful evidence in assisting an early resolution or trial. Attendees left with information on the interrelation between telematics and the “Internet of Things” as well as the use of telematics data in litigation.
