Brian Massey represents a diverse clientele in a wide array of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and the defense of claims related to contract disputes, motor vehicle liability, and premises liability. Brian effectively handles all phases of litigation and prides himself on developing effective defense strategies tailored to clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Brian worked at a New York metropolitan area litigation defense firm, where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of trial advocacy. During law school, Brian honed his research and writing skills through internships in the Appeals Division of the New York Law Department and the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of Texas.
