Brittany Simmons represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, complex tort and general casualty, personal injury, premises liability, automotive liability, and business litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Brittany gained valuable experience at a national law firm, where she represented a wide array of industry clients in complex tort and commercial litigation matters. In addition, she handled claims related to medical malpractice, product liability, and professional liability, as well as construction law disputes and financial services litigation.
