Brittany Osemwengie represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on defending claims involving general liability, automobile liability, and business litigation. Brittany effectively handles cases from inception through trial. She is well-versed in resolving disputes for clients through negotiation or dispositive motion practice, where she has prevailed on multiple summary judgment motions.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Brittany practiced at a Dallas-based firm, where she handled a broad range of civil litigation, including the defense of claims related to personal injury and professional negligence, as well as commercial litigation. During law school, Brittany gained valuable insight into criminal law and procedure as an intern at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office in Fort Worth, Texas. She also interned at a global medical technology company headquartered in Lewisville, Texas.
