Bryan Vannini represents clients in complex litigation matters filed in state and federal courts throughout the United States, with emphasis on matters involving product liability, food contamination, toxic torts, transportation, trucking, railroads, mass torts, premises liability, professional liability, and catastrophic loss and high-exposure matters. In these matters, Bryan has successfully defended clients’ interests at trial, in arbitration and during mediation. He is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in all phases of litigation. Bryan develops a thorough understanding of the needs and goals of his clients from the start to ensure effective case strategies are developed and implemented.

Product Liability
Bryan represents a range of domestic and international manufacturers and distributors in federal and state courts. His experience includes defending clients involved in individual claims as well as claims handled through multidistrict litigation. Bryan has represented clients in cases involving consumer products, food products, industrial chemical cleaning solutions (e.g., benzene), industrial waste and automobiles. In these matters, Bryan leverages his experience along with Wilson Elser’s resources to effectively defend against claims, while seeking alternative paths to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Commercial Litigation
Bryan has experience in matters involving commercial and business loss, breach of contract, real estate contracts and allegations of unfair trade practices. In these matters, Bryan represents manufacturers, retailers, brokerages and individual professionals.
Toxic Tort
Bryan is experienced in the area of toxic torts, including matters relating to benzene, lead paint and other environmental toxin exposures. He represents manufacturers and distributors as well as premises owners in these matters.
Transportation and Railroad
Bryan has successfully defended high-value transportation and railroad clients in cases involving a wide range of issues, including death, traumatic brain injury and paraplegia. Individual matters have included claims commenced under the FELA, mass casualty derailments and workplace exposure to chemicals. In one case, Bryan obtained a voluntarily dismissal with prejudice of an action brought under FELA alleging that his client failed to provide a safe working environment for a commuter railroad engineer who was involved in a derailment.
