Caitlin Papadopoulos is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on transportation law, product liability, premises liability, and general tort liability. She is part of a team that manages and supervises transportation-related litigation for a multinational e-commerce company. In this role, Caitlin provides insight at every stage of litigation, from preliminary investigation through resolution, mediation, or trial. By championing a pragmatic, results-oriented legal strategy, she effectively balances aggressive risk mitigation with a steadfast commitment to brand integrity.
While serving as legal counsel for a market-defining mobility and logistics platform, Caitlin mastered the art of translating complex operational data into actionable legal insights. Leveraging advanced data analytics, she identifies emerging patterns to proactively forecast legal and regulatory shifts.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Caitlin also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
