Caitlyn Carmichael defends manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of consumer electronics and appliances in product liability litigation and claims concerning fires, burn injuries, fatalities, electrocutions/electric shocks, hearing loss, and other bodily injuries.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Caitlyn worked in civil litigation where she negotiated settlement on behalf of many clients, and handled numerous court appearances and trials. Previously, as an intern at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, Caitlyn worked in an investigative capacity analyzing and compiling evidence to be used at trial. Caitlyn is well versed in legal research and drafting legal memoranda.
