Grove (Partner-Washington, DC) will join a panel on “Tensions in Daubert: Perspectives from the Bench and Bar,” sponsored by the National Civil Justice Institute, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C., on March 30, 2024. This engaging discussion among defense and plaintiffs’ attorneys with several esteemed members of the D.C. Superior Court will consider how the Daubert standard has changed the landscape of legal practice in D.C. since its adoption in 2016. Panelists will address how Daubert can assist attorneys in their practices, what to expect from opposing counsel and how the court has been affected in its role.
