Cameron Kamer represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of complex civil litigation, with a significant portion of his practice devoted to matters pending in federal court. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability and transportation disputes. Cameron adeptly manages client matters from inception through resolution by settlement, dispositive motion, trial, or mediation/arbitration.

 With regard to transportation and trucking litigation, Cameron represents insurers, third-party administrators, and various insureds in accident and cargo claims, with an emphasis on rapid response to trucking accidents, early investigation, and strategic claim management. He assists clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit evaluations to trial preparation, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

 During law school, Cameron was a judicial intern for the Honorable Deborah J. Israel in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where he gained valuable insight into trial work and the litigation process. In addition, his diverse intern and law clerk experiences include handling various matters for firms representing aviation corporations, governmental transit authorities, and investigative agencies.
