Ian Stewart (Partner-Los Angeles) will co-present “Litigation and Disputes in the Cannabis Industry” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Cannabis: Business Fundamentals 2020 to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Ian will examine litigating in the federal courts and the most common types of civil litigation, as well as the availability and applicability of Alternative Dispute Resolution in cannabis lawsuits. The panel also will address dissolutions, deal making, IP appropriation and other disputes.
