Daniel Tranen (Partner- Edwardsville | Missouri) will join a panel at the Crittenden Medical Insurance Conference to be held in Miami, Florida, April 5−7, 2020. In the panel presentation entitled, “Opioid Litigation: Update on Liability, Risk Management and Coverage Issues Involving Medical Providers and the Pharmaceutical Industry,” Daniel will speak about emerging insurance coverage issues arising from the landscape of the opioid litigation.
