Employment and Labor Associate Attorney

Wilson Elser's McLean office currently seeks an Associate Attorney in Labor and Employment and will consider full-time, part-time, and flexible schedule candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with litigation experience who is interested in taking on an essential role in a very successful and growing team.

The Position

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be admitted to practice in VA
  • 3-5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Legal project management experience is helpful


Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a caseload of complex labor and employment defense matters, working cases from beginning to end
  • Represent clients in a wide range of insurance coverage and defense claims
  • Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects, relating to a variety of different matters
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports
