Litigation Associate Attorney

Wilson Elser's Boston office is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to take on engaging, substantive responsibilities as part of a defense team within a national firm. The associate attorney will work on a tight-knit, dynamic team alongside experienced Partners and other Associates.

The Position

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts
  • Rhode Island admittance preferred but not required
  • 3 + years of defense litigation experience
  • Experience in employment and labor a plus 
  • Excellent legal writing and communication skills
  • Legal project management experience is helpful

 Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
  • Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports
