Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Wilson Elser's Miami office is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with extensive litigation experience who is interested in taking on an essential role in a very successful and growing team focusing on all areas of General Liability and Insurance Defense litigation.

The Position


  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Florida
  • 10+ years of defense litigation experience
  • Experience with catastrophic bodily injury, insurance defense, and general liability
  • First or second chair trial experience
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Legal project management experience


  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
  • Responsible for supervising the work of one or more Associates
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports
