Litigation Associate Attorney
Wilson Elser's White Plains office is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment to represent sophisticated clients confronted with complex legal challenges.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with defense litigation experience who has a powerful motivation to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the firm. The associate will gain experience with and exposure to practice areas including commercial automobile/trucking litigation, catastrophic PIP claims, production liability and general liability insurance claims.

The Position
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 3+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation
- Must have experience with motion practice and depositions
- Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
