What happens after I submit a resume and application?
Wilson Elser’s Human Resources team will review your application and resume, and if your skills and experience match an open position, will contact you. If you do not hear from us, there are no positions at present that are a match. We encourage you to search the site often as new positions open up throughout our 41 offices nationwide.

Who is your emergency backup child care provider?
The firm offers complimentary emergency backup child care services at Bright Horizons Family Solutions locations throughout the country.
Do you offer wellness programs?
In conjunction with our medical benefits provider, we offer various wellness programs and initiatives, including but not limited to weight management programs, discounted gym memberships, health assessments and biometric screenings.
Does the firm have a paid time off policy?
The firm offers a generous paid time off package in addition to national and other paid holidays.
