Program Administrator

Wilson Elser's New York City office currently seeks a Program Administrator.

The Position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Experience interacting and communicating effectively with individuals from various levels of an organization
  • Experience working with client representatives
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills 
  • Familiar with fee agreements and structures
  • Team player and able to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Resolving issues with client systems that prevent processing of budgets or invoices
  • Work with clients, attorneys and Wilson Elser Matter Management to ensure that each matter is correctly set up in both Wilson Elser and client systems in order to budget, report and bill the matters
  • E-billing matter set up
  • Budgeting- Tracking, gaining approval and monitoring performance
  • Invoice adjustment
  • Rate management
  • Review materials from clients and firm attorneys and update a "Live" spreadsheet that is in working order to send to the client
  • Responsible for daily correspondence / saving to DOCS
  • Preparing draft emails for billing
