Discovery Paralegal
Wilson Elser’s Orlando office is currently seeking a Discovery Paralegal to join a national team serving a major logistics company. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are available for this position.The Firm

The Position
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate
- 3+ years litigation paralegal experience
- In-house corporate experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple pending projects at once
- Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information is required
- Demonstrated ability to employ software at the power-user competence level is a plus
- Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, a plus
- Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions
- Closely and effectively collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm
- Coordinate work flow and communication with managing attorneys and liaise with clients representatives
- Conduct investigations and research into evidentiary data and case-related information
- Obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and determining potential existence of documents that may be relevant to each case
- Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information pursuant to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation

The annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
