Carolina Alexandra Phillips represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts in Texas. Her practice focuses on general liability, premises liability, and product liability defense, including catastrophic personal injury cases. She has handled numerous injury claims, including matters involving physical injuries and mental health conditions, and has experience defending employers and their insurance carriers in federal workers’ compensation actions.

Before relocating to Texas, Carolina practiced in Venezuela, where she is also licensed, as part of the legal team at a Fortune 500 oil and gas company. She later worked as a trial attorney representing defendants accused of misdemeanors.

Carolina has successfully tried cases before the Office of Administrative Law Judges, drafted and filed appellate response briefs before the Benefits Review Board, and negotiated settlements in a wide range of insurance claims.
