Casey Chung represents individuals and established businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a concentration on defending general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle, and construction-related claims.

Casey effectively handles cases from inception through final resolution, whether by settlement, dispositive motion, mediation, arbitration, or trial. She is known for her strategic approach to litigation, conducting thorough legal and factual analyses early in the case to identify opportunities for efficient, cost-effective resolution. Her proactive case management style emphasizes the early development of sound litigation strategies to guide each matter toward its most favorable outcome.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Casey served as an associate attorney at another defense firm. She began her legal career as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department’s Special State Law Enforcement Defense Unit (SLED), where she defended the New York City Police Department and individual officers in high-stakes cases involving allegations of malicious prosecution, false arrest, and excessive force.
