Cassandra (Cass) Garritano focuses her practice on the defense of claims related to general liability, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, complex tort and securities. She provides clients with strategic counsel through all stages of litigation, from claim inception through resolution by settlement, dispositive motions, mediations and arbitrations.
Prior to and during law school, Cass worked as a paralegal at Wilson Elser for six years before joining the firm as an associate attorney in 2023. As a paralegal, Cass supported complex litigation cases and matters involving product liability, medical malpractice and securities. During college, Cass had several internships in the Executive Office of the President in Washington, D.C., working for the Office of the Chief Information Officer and the Application Support Group, providing technical support.
