Catherine Catoe represents businesses and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation throughout North and South Carolina. Her practice focuses on defending general liability and employment claims, drawing on her background in employment and labor litigation. She effectively handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit through resolution, including through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Catherine worked at a national employment and labor firm specializing in a wide range of employment matters, including the defense of independent contractor misclassification claims and class action matters. She also has substantive appellate knowledge from her tenure as a staff attorney and law clerk at the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
