Christoffer Gaddini represents a wide range of established businesses, individuals and public entities in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of general liability actions, including premises liability, product liability and habitability disputes. Christoffer is a seasoned litigator, who adeptly handles wrongful death actions, transportation litigation, personal injury and catastrophic injury lawsuits, as well as claims involving construction defects, business torts, breach of contract issues, health care liability, sexual harassment and assault. He prides himself on being an innovative problem-solver, working proactively with clients throughout all phases of litigation to ensure that proper risk management procedures are in place to reduce the potential for future legal exposure.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Christoffer worked at a San Diego–based litigation firm handling trial work in various practice areas. Previously, he gained diverse experience working at several California firms. Christoffer's past plaintiff work enables him to anticipate claims and areas of potential liability and damages, bringing valuable insight to crafting effective defense strategies.
Christoffer is an artist in his own right and a collector, author and former art gallery owner.
