Claudia V. Tinta Roca practices in a broad range of civil litigation matters, currently focused on asbestos, toxic torts and premises liability.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Claudia practiced nursing in acute and palliative care settings as a registered nurse. With more than 15 years of experience as a health care provider, Claudia has a vast understanding of various medical conditions. Having served as a Quality Assurance Performance and Improvement (QAPI) Manager, she has first-hand knowledge of the complexities of the health care industry.

While in Law School, Claudia enjoyed the nuances of Trial Advocacy and Appellate Advocacy, and acted as the Evening Class Chair for the Health Law & Bioethics Association.
