Connor M. Flynn

Connor Flynn represents professionals, businesses, insurers, and insurance producers in complex litigation matters. His practice focuses on professional liability, commercial litigation, and insurance-related disputes, including matters involving accountants, architects and engineers, insurance agents and brokers, health care providers, attorneys, and real estate professionals.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Connor served as principal court attorney to the Honorable Dakota Ramseur of the New York Supreme Court, First Judicial District. In that role, he drafted significant decisions on an array of complex commercial and civil matters, including New York Labor Law liability, wage-related class actions, professional malpractice, defamation, and commercial real estate disputes.
