Cooper Collins has defended businesses and individuals in state and federal court civil litigation for more than 25 years. His diverse practice includes general liability, product liability, personal lines auto, premises liability, and professional liability litigation. His decades of experience representing hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases has honed his ability to efficiently analyze the pertinent medical records in evaluating plaintiffs' special damages, which has also aided his general liability practice by giving him a solid grasp of the medical issues underlying plaintiffs' damages claims.

Cooper has successfully handled a wide range of civil lawsuits brought against community hospitals, national hotel chains, retailers, and manufacturers, among others. His extensive experience includes cases arising out of automobile accidents, premises liability claims, construction accidents, subrogation and breach of contract claims, assault and battery, and false arrest.
