Courtney Coleman represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, including premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense. In addition, Courtney effectively handles commercial litigation, as well as labor and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Courtney worked at a boutique Dallas firm, where she gained valuable experience handling all phases of medical malpractice defense. During law school, she honed her legal research skills as an intern at Rice University Athletic Compliance Services, an organization committed to upholding NCAA rules and guidelines.
