Courtney Kennedy focuses on commercial transportation litigation. She approaches each case with a strategic, proactive mindset, emphasizing early case evaluation that aligns with her clients’ objectives. Courtney is involved in depositions, discovery management, and dispositive motion practice, while consistently advancing practical, results-oriented solutions.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Courtney worked in insurance defense, focusing on medical malpractice and general liability matters.
During law school, Courtney externed with the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. She also provided services to underserved communities through the school’s Landlord-Tenant Mediation Clinic.
