Craig Ginsberg focuses his practice on matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, and claims arising under New York Labor Law. He has represented a wide variety of clients, including a global telecommunications company, various New York City municipal and governmental entities, and one of the largest real estate owners in Manhattan. He has argued before the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court and has vast experience handling matters from inception through trial in all five New York City boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.
