Karen Bashor (Partner-Las Vegas, NV) and Gene Boulé (Partner-New York, NY) will present “Putting Technology Trends on Trial: What’s New in the Courtroom for 2024,” a Wilson Elser Forum webinar, on October 26, 2023. There will always be risk and uncertainty, and the consequences can lead to billions in economic impact. Karen and Gene will review recent natural and man-made disasters, setting up the need for pre- and post-crisis planning to reduce expenditures of time, money and recovery efforts.
