Daniel E. Tranen

Daniel Tranen (Partner-St. Louis, MO) will join a panel on “Mock Corporate Representative Deposition: Strategies for Tough Questions,” at the CPCU’s In2Risk to be held November 3–5, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Attendees will learn effective preparation techniques for corporate testimony on the defense side in large or complex litigation that withstands "gotcha" and "reptile" tactics. Through a practical injury case scenario, the panel will demonstrate deposition preparation strategies and conduct a two-part mock deposition showing both unprepared and properly prepared responses.
