Daniel Cisek represents architects and engineers in prosecuting and defending professional liability matters involving construction defect and delay claims. He also defends contractors, subcontractors and property managers in the full range of property damage and personal injury claims that can arise in the commercial construction industry.

Daniel has represented institutional lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in senior loan originations and mezzanine financings secured by multifamily and commercial real estate assets across the United States.
