David Javer is a medical malpractice litigator with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of malpractice cases from inception through trial. He regularly handles high-exposure medical malpractice cases involving individual physicians, practice groups, hospitals, and health care systems in a wide range of medical specialties, including obstetrics/gynecology, neurology, oncology, radiology, orthopedics, internal medicine, general surgery, and others.

David also represents clients in health care–related administrative and disciplinary proceedings, regularly appearing before Office of Professional Medical Conduct and Office of Professional Discipline administrative boards in support of his clients. In addition, he has handled a myriad of general liability cases up to and through trial.
