Dennis Fiore

Dennis Fiore represents individuals and corporations in all aspects of civil litigation. In addition to his work defending professional liability claims against lawyers and other professionals, Dennis also handles securities litigation matters. He effectively manages cases from inception through trial and is dedicated to achieving efficient resolutions that align with his clients’ objectives.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Dennis practiced at a New York-based civil litigation firm, where he represented clients in a broad range of matters, including defending against personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and fraud claims, as well as actions brought under the New York State Child Victims Act. His experience also includes working as coverage counsel for various insurance companies in cases involving large-scale environmental pollution, property damage, and personal injury.
