Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia) and Jonathan Dryer (Senior Counsel-Philadelphia) will present at an all-day continuing education seminar sponsored by HalfMoon Education, Inc. on November 18, 2020. “New Jersey Engineering Law and Ethics” is designed to educate New Jersey licensed engineers on the standards of practice and conduct required by the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers Code of Ethics. Jon, Wendy and two additional speakers will address the importance of  meeting and exceeding the legal requirements for a professional engineer; identifying and balancing increased economic pressures to add value to professional engineering services; and maintaining ethical professional conduct while meeting the financial bottom line.
