Wendy Testa (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) is a member of the faculty for the School of Construction, Level One, at the CLM Claims College to be held August 16–19, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland. She will be teaching courses including “Survey of ‘Other Construction’ Insurance Forms” and “Construction Contracts.” The learning objectives for this program include advanced decision-making skills using analytical and practical approaches to evaluate construction and construction/design claims; advanced techniques and concepts to negotiate resolution of complex construction issues and claims; advanced coverage concepts, how they apply, how they change evaluations; and how to properly reserve on the coverage issues presented.
