Diana LaFemina-Rosa has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation spanning 30 years in state and federal court. Her practice focuses on complex tort, product liability, construction litigation, general casualty and transportation matters. Diana is experienced in all phases of litigation and has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Diana defended and advised insureds and insurers in automobile accident, premises liability, insurance coverage, insurance fraud and first-party claims from inception through resolution by settlement, dispositive motion, mediation/arbitration or trial.
