Dillon Higgins represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving general liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction liability, and automobile accidents. Dillon’s experience includes effectively handling commercial litigation and various contract disputes.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Dillon worked at a criminal defense firm in Houston, Texas, where his practice centered on plaintiff representation in personal injury cases and criminal defense matters, as well as managing contract disputes on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. His plaintiff-side experience enables him to anticipate plaintiffs’ arguments in developing effective defense strategies for Wilson Elser clients.
During law school. Dillon’s role as the president of the Criminal Law Society and his position as a member/competitor on the Board of Advocates fueled his passion for zealously advocating for clients throughout all stages of litigation across diverse practice areas.
