Jonathan will address recent litigation filed against Directors & Officers in connection with employee safety claims and how some of the lessons learned from those matters will impact pending litigation. These litigations involve not only claims by employees against their employers over COVID-19 but also issues related to workplace violence, sexual harassment, disability accommodation and cannabis use.
