Dorin Khoiee-Abbasi focuses her practice on the defense of claims related to general liability, premises liability and personal injury litigation. She defends property owners, managers and retailers in premises liability matters involving personal injury and property damage claims. Dorin also handles labor law matters arising from construction site accidents.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Dorin worked as a trial attorney at a public defender's organization affiliated with the New York Criminal Court, where she represented indigent clients through all phases of the litigation process. During law school, Dorin gained valuable experience in various federal and criminal defense matters as a criminal defense intern at a New York firm. She was a judicial extern for the Honorable Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Nassau County.
