She possesses an innate ability to connect with her clients, identify their needs, and communicate effectively throughout the litigation cycle.
Areas of Focus
Toxic Tort
Edie concentrates her toxic tort practice on defending against claims involving alleged exposure to hazardous substances, with particular emphasis on asbestos and talc litigation. Working alongside Wilson Elser attorneys who are familiar with all substances typically at the heart of toxic tort defense litigation, and who serve on national trial and science teams for clients in both mature and emerging toxic tort claims, Edie is well-positioned to leverage the firm’s extensive resources to identify and retain the most competent experts and strengthen credibility when exploring potential resolutions.
