Elizabeth Ashton defends physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers against high-exposure, complex medical malpractice claims. She represents major New York hospitals and health care systems and handles day-to-day management of medical malpractice litigation.
Before joining Wilson Elser, Elizabeth was an associate at a health care litigation firm, where she represented nursing homes, managed care and health care facilities, and other institutions in professional liability and general liability disputes.
During law school, Elizabeth participated in the Elder Law Clinic, leveraging her past experience in trusts and estates.
