Elizabeth Herron focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial and tort disputes, including intellectual property, technology, landowner rights, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. She manages cases at every stage of litigation, from removal and early dispositive motions through discovery, trial preparation, post-judgment proceedings, and on appeal.
Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk with the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge in the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she drafted cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, Convention against Torture, and bond decisions. She also served as a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama.
